I lot of new features available in new 1.47 patch for 1.47. You can read release notes here. And probable in couple days we will seу also ETS2 1.47 final.
Regarding the map changes on final release on ATS. It hasn’t been change since latest betas so discovery progress is still 100%. And last review is actual.
