[Guide] ETS2 1.57 and 1.58 – 100% Explored map with all DLC (with Nordic Horizons)
After the release of ETS2 1.58 my guide is still actual so you will get 100% explored road in 1.58 as well as in ETS2 1.57. In below video I’m sharing the procedure how to do it on your side as well as tools and files. Text file with discovered items and fresh profile with opened map. Please note that these files are actual for current state of the game in February 2026 on ETS2 1.58 and can be partially will work on later versions but always check if the new update available for this topic.
Obviously you need all map DLC and as always I would like to remind you to back up before doing anything with your profiles.

The guide created in 2024 but more or less is actual to this date.
I tried to explain basics which can be useful.
Map Combo Study 02.06.2025 (Final for 1.57)
Open Beta 1.58 for both games is available now and I will not update map combo setups for 1.57 unless minor fixes of links will come. With official news about game version 1.58 starting to surface, it’s safe to assume that an open beta is just around the corner. 1.58 is major update so we have to give the modding community some time to adapt to the new features and technical changes and release new vesions of their maps.
Until that happens, we still have large and stable map combos available for both Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator. Big for US and Giga for Europe.
There are already well-established rules and best practices that help avoid conflicts and common mistakes I’ve covered in Beginner’s Guide, which I strongly recommend watching before building or updating your map combo. It will save you time, prevent recurring issues, and help you create a stable and enjoyable setup from the start.

Final Giga Map Combo for ETS2 1.57 – Tutorial – February, 2 – 2026
If you’re not planning to switch to version 1.58 until its public release you have a chance to enjoy gigantic map combo like this one. It is most probably the final edition of map setup for ETS2 1.57 and I have combined 81 maps to make amazing long hauls like one I started in January. Have to remind you that this setup is not for everyone – you probably will not have enough time behind the wheel to discover all small corners of the map and soon on ETS2 1.58 we have to start from the beginning and most of mods will be updated. And if you just jumped in trucking simulators world don’t ignore Beginner’s Guide which can answer a lot of important questions.
Today’s combo includes Promods, Roextended, Rusmap, EAA, Eurafrica, Poland Rebuilding, Maghreb, Silesia, Beyond, Grand Utopia, Bartoland and other maps. 81 maps, 175 files, RCs, fixes. As always please follow the instructions in video and note that combo designed to version 1.57 and requires all map DLCs (including Nordic Horizons). Paid mods are optional. Extra mods are not recommended unless they are compatible with other mods and tested.

We finally have full 100% discovered maps for ATS and ETS2 within version 1.57, but new challenges ahead. New games version is around the corner and at least in US we have massive map rework with Route 66 project. In Europe we will probably will not see Benelux Rework changes very soon. So now we have some time to hold and enjoy games.

Hidden Roads Study (Final in 1.57) – January, 27 2025
Looks like all hidden roads in ATS and ETS2 found at least for now on game version 1.57, so this digest will be probably appear later this year when I have something to tease and discover.

On the last digest I mentioned that Hidden Roads Study series will likely be put on hold or possibly discontinued and count of views of latest videos convince me to freeze it. Nevertheless below you can find the most comprehensive hidden roads guide for ATS and ETS2 for this moment. I’m not gonna transform to shorts, clickbait and fake speculations just for views or extra couple bucks.
I’m sharing found hidden secret roads in both American Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator 2 periodically since 2022 when this feature been released on ETS2 and ATS 1.44. With official news about game version 1.58 starting to surface, it’s safe to assume that an open beta is just around the corner. As always, a new major update means it’s time to rethink our map setups and give the modding community some time to adapt to the new features and technical changes.
Until that happens, we still have large and stable map combos available for both Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator. Most upcoming updates to these combos will likely focus on polishing, compatibility fixes, and minor improvements, with the possibility of a few new maps being added.
At this stage, it’s not yet clear how version 1.58 will affect maps and mod management overall. However, for the current game version, there are already well-established rules and best practices that help avoid conflicts and common mistakes. I’ve covered these in detail in my Beginner’s Guide, which I strongly recommend watching before building or updating your map combo. It will save you time, prevent recurring issues, and help you create a stable and enjoyable setup from the start.

All Hidden Secret Roads in ETS2 1.57
The guide contains about 110 hidden roads in 22 countries and 10 map DLC on Euro Truck Simulator 2. It is actual for February 2026, on ETS2 1.57. Some roads are periodically disappear during map reworks and some new are being added in new game versions.
Mostly I added marked roads but also some easter eggs are available.
I tried to avoid spoilers, mark only locations and removed hidden roads footages but if you prefer to discover all hidden roads and secrets yourself better to skip the video

Map Combos for SCS trucking games are not an easy for newcomers. So you can find lot of ready setups for actual version, including here on Trucksim, but before start better to avoid obvious mistakes.
